Global R&D, Ltd. was founded by Eliezer M. Jacob,
     an electronics engineer with over 30 years of experience
     in analog and digital electronics.

        Eli's work includes a number of imaging industry firsts,
     such as the first tomography acquisition front-end fully
     implemented with semiconductor photodetectors ,
     and hardware-embedded real-time image analysis modules
     for security CCTV and industrial applications.

        Eli holds a MSc. in microelectronics engineering from
     the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

        Eli still serves as active chairman of the company and
     personally manages each R&D project and client relationship.
